The Village
"Grans"
is an ancient and calm
little village of Provence because well
situated from main roads.
The
river called the “Touloubre” passes through the
village and in
summer refreshes the air.
The
shopping centre is still preserved from urbanization and is not even
at a 150 meters from the guest-house.
You
will find all shops and also 4 bars with shaded terraces,
2
restaurants and 1 automatic credit card distributor plus a bank
(Credit Agricole).

The
geographic situation of our guest-house permits you to go around
easily without opening and closing your luggage.

“garrigue” (in Mediterranean countries - low,
sparse vegetation
with stony sun-drenched hills)
and the under woods around the village
are really pleasant and charming for walks, biking or horse riding.
(Attention,
regarding fire risks, the access to under woods are regulated in
summer).
During your walks in the “garrigue” you often can see a lot of “bories” (old shepherds hut built with dry stones).
